A front runner for the 2019 Delta State House of Assembly election, Warri South-West Constituency, Comrade Sheriff Mulade has hailed Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta state over the peaceful conduct of the Ekiti State Governorship primary election of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

According to him, the peaceful conduct of the Tuesday shadow election in Ekiti State, has shown that “our party has identified the challenges and reorganised to take over the presidential seat and other positions come 2019”.

Comrade Mulade held out that PDP is waxing stronger because there’s no more imposition of candidates, adding that free and fair primaries will surely give PDP victory at the 2019 general elections.

The Warri South-West House of Assembly hopeful appealed to the other contestants to join hands and work together for the victory of the PDP in the Ekiti polls and in future elections.

Comrade Mulade commended Governor Okowa for his robust leadership qualities in Delta State “which he has exhibited in the past years and taken outside the state to other parts of the country that has proven his leadership experience”, and this, he added, will take him to a second tenure in the saddle as Delta State Governor in 2019”.

He appealed to Deltans to rally round the governor by supporting him and all PDP aspirants with their massive votes in the forthcoming 2019 general elections.
