Gov Makinde Receives NCC Management Team, Restates Importance Of Communications

Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde received the NCC management team in the Oyo State Government House on a courtesy visit today, Friday, August 8, 2019. The team included Mr. Muhammed Ibrahim, Head, Emergency Communication Center of Nigeria Communications Commission, NCC, and the South-West Zonal Director, Mr Yomi Arowosafe.

The visit is aimed at having a greater synergy between the Commission and the State government, regarded as a key component and gateway to the entire South West region.

Speaking at the occasion, the governor reiterated the importance of communications in all facets of national life, recognizing the sector as solution template to multifarious issues of concern to the polity in the country.
