Reactions continue to trail the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC’s decision to postpone the Presidential and National Assembly elections scheduled with the Reformed All Progressive Grand Alliance, R-APGA describing it as a show of “inefficiency, incompetence, will, and trust to conduct the general elections”.

The political party further calls it “a slap on the entire populace, and a rape to our collective hopes and aspirations as a people who are determined to liberate ourselves from the bondage of those who have held us to ransom.”

This was contained in an email message sent to The Oasis Reporters from the office of BOT and National Chairman, R-APGA, Dr. Mic Adams.

His Press release :

FROM THE OFFICE OF BOT, & NATIONAL CHAIRMAN R-APGA, (Former Presidential Aspirant, APGA).16th February, 2019

Prof Yakubu and INEC, had a whole three and half years to prepare for the 2019 general elections. By this decision, and announcement, INEC has today shown its inefficiency, incompetence, will, and trust to conduct the general elections. This is a slap on the entire populace, and a rape to our collective hopes and aspirations as a people who are determined to liberate ourselves from the bondage of those who have held us to ransom.

This postponement cannot deter us from meeting the devil at rubicon. We are more than ready to meet them at any appointed date, the doomsday can be shifted, but can not be stopped. I call on all my entire followers and admirers in the entire 774 LGA’s of the Country, and the 36 state of the Federation, numbering over 3.5 million to remain calm, be law abiding, and await further directives and instructions. They can not run away from the doomsday, because it is certain, and divinely ordained.

Go about your schedules in peace and in prayers. Avoid any altercations from men of evil minds, we shall overcome. God will deliver us from these pharaohs (cabals) who have held the nation to ransom, they will never have their way, and will not go away with this. The hunger in the land, the peril of insecurity, and the hardship of a mismanaged economy are indices that can never be changed within a week, except by miracle.
16 million Nigerians that lost their jobs cannot be remedied within one week. The Ghost and the blood of those killed in the Benue and the Plateau, can not be remedied in one week.
Those who were massacred in Southern Kaduna, can not be remedied in one week. The shadow of guilt and fear of defeat is hovering all over, and cannot be wished away. The doomsday has only been shifted, but they can not run away from it.

Like red demons, it is staring at them straight in the eyes. The Egyptians we see today, we shall see no more. The wall of Jericho must be broken down.

Long live the APGA structure loyal to me, long live the Atiku fans club loyal to me, long live the Face of Hope organization loyal to me, long live the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
