Apparently very angry over the abduction and the killing of one of his pastors after a kidnapping along Abuja Kaduna road, Bishop David Oyedepo of Living Faith Church, also known as Winner’s Chapel, has released curses upon the kidnappers, vowing that their end has come, and that of their sponsors. After all, it is not compulsory that we must live together.

Meanwhile, Mrs Oluwakemi Omolewa, widow of Pastor Jeremiah Kehinde Omolewa of the Living Faith Church, Romi New Extension, Kaduna has regained her freedom from the said Fulani kidnappers.

Pastor Omolewa, the late resident pastor of Living Faith Church, Romi New Extension, Kaduna, was killed by gunmen suspected to be Fulani herdsmen along the Kaduna-Abuja road when he was traveling with his wife and son. His son escaped same day while his wife who was abducted has just regained her freedom.

Arise News247 confirmed that the wife of Pastor Omolewa has regained her freedom and “in all things we will continue to give our God thanks”, said a deacon of the Church in Kaduna.

Also confirming the release to Arise News247, Apostle Egoh Bako, the Kaduna State Chairman of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN), declared that “shortly after the powerful statement from Bishop David Oyedepo releasing curses on the kidnappers, PFN received the news that Mrs Kemi Omolewa, the wife of the abducted late Living Faith pastor regained her freedom from the kidnappers that were holding her.

“The government must be proactive and rise to the security challenges in this country. However, the Church will not relent in the battle.

“The gates of hell shall not prevail against the Church of Christ.” Apostle Bako concluded.
