The Deputy Chief of Staff in the Office of the Deputy Governor of Abia State; Sir Don Ubani, has commended the State Governor, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu, over his love for the culture of maintenance.

Sir Ubani, who stated this in a release issued at Government House, Umuahia, noted that Michael Okpara Auditorium in Umuahia which was for many years in a deplorable condition has now been transformed into a befittingly attractive Tourist Destination.

The Deputy Chief of Staff said that by the classical renovation of the edifice which Governor Okezie Ikpeazu has effected on Michael Okpara Auditorium, pressure that had started mounting on the International Conference Centre will now be considerably reduced.

Sir Ubani, who again thanked God for graciously restoring the health of Governor Ikpeazu, assured the people of the State of the Governor’s continuous commitment to their welfare.
