The Peter Obi and Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed movement is indeed gladdening. That Nigerian youths across ethnic, regional and religious divides are coming out without being paid to campaign for just one man for free. This shows that Nigeria shall be better.
To the millions of young people in our country who have continued to advance the cause of our OBIdient Movement, I say Thank you. pic.twitter.com/TVHPn70ewV

The walk to a working Nigeria shall not be arduous or long in waiting before the country commences it.
Peter Obi’s track record as an industry titan and a committed nationalists seem to be guiding lights.
The way youths are pouring out in several thousands in the Niger Delta states shows that for the first time, they are going to suspend their sustenance of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) for the first time ever.
Even Edo State that turned it’s back on the All Progressive Congress (APC) to embrace the PDP seems to be on another political journey. This time to the Labour Party.
Niger Deltans hate injustice. The PDP had it enshrined in their Constitution to rotate power from north to south. They watched with gladness when the entirety of southern governors from three different parties, PDP, APC and APGA met in Asaba, Delta State to affirm their commitment to the same principle.
Only for a quartet of politicians from one tribe in the north to move towards scuttling the resolve of the governors.
They succeeded and finally won the PDP nomination that would have given the northern politicians a straight 16 year one tribe presidency that has displayed disunity, nepotism, insecurity with a total lack of superlative performance.
It didn’t matter that the PDP presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar picked the Delta State governor, Ifeanyi Okowa as the Vice presidential candidate would mollify the Niger Delta youths. Okowa stood as the convener of the Southern Governors Meeting.
The Niger Delta youths are being joined by their counterparts in the North Central, North East and North West. Including the South West and the South East to vote for Peter Obi.
The 2023 presidential election is going to tell an unusual story in Nigeria’s political evolution.
Thus, no one would take the people for granted anymore. No politician who feels entitled to any position would take the masses for granted ever again.
Things would work, because this movement has the backing of the people.
