Predominantly Muslim city of Sokoto, the seat of the Caliphate surprisingly saw youths on bikes, rallying and singing for Peter Gregory Obi, Labour Party Presidential candidate.
It’s the former Anambra State governor’s birthday. But while Peter Gregory Obi is out there doing what he loves doing best, learning new things and working hard for the profitability of both business and political concerns, adoring fans are celebrating this enigmatic personality who just turned 61.

The real Nigerian Unifier is Peter Gregory Obi. He’s not unifying regions, religions, tribes or creeds by marriages.
He’s doing it by making society work for the good of all, without selfishness, without nepotism nor favouritism.
He does it by bringing the best out, in everyone.
Peter Gregory Obi worked successfully as Governor of Anambra state for 8years providing security for all with only northern born police commissioners. Not even one single commissioner was from his ethnic group.
And he made brothers and life long friends out of the Commissioners, most of them Muslims.
Peter Gregory Obi made Anambra state very prosperous without borrowing ‘shishi’. This is one of the reasons youths across Nigeria, children, senior men and women are all yearning for Peter Obi as President.
Happy birthday, Peter Gregory Obi. Your type comes once in a blue moon. This is Nigeria’s best fighting chance. We have to embrace it, even without structures or ‘Shishi’.
