Paul Inaede Empowers Buwaya, Kaduna Youths In Aluminum Construction Training

An aluminum fabrication enterprise, Paul Pillars and Aluminum Steel Limited has empowered over 40 staff, comprising of residents and indigenes, within Buwaya, Kakau community, on the outskirts of Kaduna metropolis, along Kaduna-Abuja road.
The Chairman and CEO of the Aluminum Steel company, a Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) firm, Paul Lawrence Inaede , disclosed that he has also trained 40 apprentices within a period of eight years in aluminum making, adding that his company trains the youth free of charge as his company’s social corporate responsibility.
“Almost 30 of my employees are from the community. Similarly we have trained over 30 persons from the same community on how to fabricate aluminum doors and windows”, he said.
A visit to the factory where some of the trainees spoke to our correspondent. Samuel Tanko, an indigene of Buwaya said that he has been with the company for over three months now and he is learning the act of making aluminum windows, doors and roofs adding that his training will last a year.
Similarly, Philemon Audu also from the area said he has been with the company for over seven months and has virtually mastered roofing, aluminum door fabrication and windows.
He also said that on completion of his training within the next three months he hopes to set up his own company
He further added that the Mai Angwa (Community leader) of Kadara community in Buwaya, Malam Miss Dangana, has expressed his gratitude to the company listing the reduction and curbing of rampant kidnapping, robbery and gangster-ism as one of the benefits of citing the company in Buwaya community.
Paul Lawrence Inaede, one of the hard working entrepreneurs in the country who at the age of 23, set up an organization which today has turned out to be a huge venture that generates revenue to the Local Government and has generated employment for indigenes of the state where he lives.
As a young entrepreneur in his mid 30s, coupled with his business acumen and skills, the CEO says he and other entrepreneurs could do better if the state and federal governments partner with them in training youths.
According to the chairman, what every entrepreneur needs is for the government to make access to soft loans and adequate power easy for them. If these things are in place, private businessmen would contribute a lot by way of training youths to generate employment .
In an interview with the media, the Chairman said that he set up the company in 2010 and he has within that period contributed immensely to the socio-economic life of the Buwaya community, Kakau in Kaduna state, saying that if the government can assist his company and other entrepreneurs with soft bank loans and grants, the issue of unemployment will be a thing of the past.
“Collectively we can transform Kaduna state into the business hub of the country. We have the talents and the skills therefore, it is only necessary that the government assists us to enable us do more for the society.”
The Manager of the company Simon Inaede also commended the host community Buwaya, saying that the Mai Angwa and members of the community have been friendly to them.
However, he listed power as the major challenge facing the company adding that they spend 20,000 Naira weekly to power their generating set.
He therefore called on the government to do all it can to ensure power supply on a daily basis.
