‘A Virtuous Woman Can Be A Politician’, States Ekiti State First Lady, Feyisetan Fayose

Wife of Ekiti State Governor, Mrs. Feyisetan Fayose has said a virtuous woman can be a great politician to better the lot of the people in the society.
Mrs. Feyisetan Fayose made the statement, Tuesday, during the 2018 National Women’s Conference held at Aurora Conference Centre, Osogbo, Osun State.
Elucidating on the theme of the conference , “Virtuous Woman: pushing for greater development”, Mrs. Fayose described a virtuous woman as someone with integrity and who is respected and known for her good character.
The Ekiti State First Lady also said a good supportive woman can be regarded as a virtuous woman, urging the women invited for the 2 day programme to listen attentively to all the resource persons so as to gain more knowledge and understanding.
Present at the event were the wife of the Vice -President, Mrs. Dolapo Osinbajo, host Governor, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola and his counterpart from Oyo State, Senator Abiola Ajimobi who was the Special Guest of Honour.
Others at the occasion were Mrs. Sherifat Aregbesola, wife of the Lagos State Governor, Mrs. Abimbola Ambode, wife of the Governor of Ondo State,Mrs. Betty Anyanwu Akeredolu, members of the National Assembly in Osun State and representative of the wife of Ogun State.

Deaconess Janet Olusola was also in the entourage of Mrs. Feyisetan Fayose.
