The funding for the unprecedented roads construction project will be expected to largely come from the improved internally generated revenue, IGR that remains a legacy of the Dankwambo administration that saw a largely rural state in the North East of Nigeria gradually joining the league of economically vibrant states in the federation through the provision of the enabling environment for the economy to be transformed gradually into buoyancy.
