If there’s ever a community grateful for what the People’s Democratic Party has done for them since the advent of the second Republic in 1999, it is Ase, a fishing community in Ndokwa East local government of Delta State.

They showed the Party love once again by voting the PDP for the Presidential election as reflected in the result received from Unit 002/07, Ebeneze Primary School, Ase .
While PDP scored 91, APC got 16.
The government of James Onanefe Ibori gave the community an access road and pipe borne water became a part of the new modernity that the community had to cherish.
At the expiration of the Ibori government, the incoming regime of Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan ensured that Ase town was connected to the national grid that lit up community, on whose ancestral lands sits a Shell flow station, since 1956.
Ase community remains grateful for the modernity it has benefited from, as a result of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP governance in the state.
