‘Get Your Voters’ Card’, Ekiti First Lady, Feyisetan Fayose urges Women

Wife of Ekiti State Governor, Mrs. Feyisetan Fayose has called on the women in the state to always come out in performance of their civic responsibilities by visiting all centres in the state for voter’s registration and ensure they collect their permanent voters’ cards ahead of the July 14 gubernatorial election in the state.
She made the charge on Thursday at the State Specialist Hospitals in Ikole and Ijero – Ekiti while offsetting medical bills of the patients in the hospitals.
Mrs. Fayose said the essence of the programme was to put smiles on the faces of the patients, saying Fayose’s government was determined to give necessary support to every citizen of the state.
She was received by a rousing welcome from the women in the two local governments.
She made use of the opportunity to charge nursing mothers to ensure children between the ages of 9 months to 5 years participate in the ongoing immunization programme to prevent them from hazardous and communicable diseases.
