As outgoing Nasarawa state governor, Tanko Al Makura prepares to contest the Nasarawa South Senatorial election in the 2019 general election, the incumbent senator and flag bearer of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for Nasarawa South Senatorial District, Suleiman Adokwe said he will beat the incumbent Governor of the state, Tanko Al Makura in the forthcoming Senatorial election, hands down.
Senator Suleiman Adokwe made this known on Tuesday, during an interview with newsmen in Keana where he attended this year’s Christmas Service.
Adokwe who explained that his people are already supporting and will vote for him, said he is in the race with confidence while the governor, Tanko Al Makura is with over confidence.
Adokwe who commended the people of his constituency for the relative peace in the area, urged the state government to do all it can to ensure that the Senatorial Zone continues to have permanent peace.
He called on Christians to use the occasion of the Christmas season to reflect and put to practice the good works that Jesus did while on earth.
