Is The Kajuru Cultural Festival Such A Great Imperative In The Face Of Their Travails ?

There is the talk or story of a KAJFEST 2020 (Kajuru Cultural Festival 2020) being organized at the instance of the Chairman of the Local Council.
Despite not being from Kajuru Local Government Area, I remain a bona fide son of Southern Kaduna and we share the same cultural values with the Adara people. I know that there is no ethnic grouping in the whole of Kaduna State and perhaps the nation at large that has been so persecuted as the Adara nation. Their monarch was brutishly kidnapped, then 6slaughtered along with his personal security and some other staff.
This aside, the Adara nation has been visited with unprecedented violence. Many members of the top leadership of the Adara were thrown into prison and held without trial. There was the conspiracy to balkanize the Adara as indeed other Chiefdoms with the sole purpose of creating Emirates therefrom.
Whilst other ethnic groupings in Southern Kaduna are still mourning the jihad like violence visited upon their people and having to put on hold many celebrations and festivals, I am wondering what the KAJFEST is meant to achieve.
Has our sanity taken flight? If the festival was for the repose of the souls of the departed Adarans, the initiative would make sense.
Is it too late for a rethink?
