Kaduna, Ecstatic For PDP’s Atiku As The Rally Unites Across Fault Lines

One distinguishing feature of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP presidential Rally in Kaduna was the carnival atmosphere with a unity mosaic showing both Christians and Muslims in the multi religious state as one people in a state where it’s state governor is doing his best to exploit the fault lines by insisting on picking a Muslim as his gubernatorial running mate from the largely Christian Kaduna South.
The good people of Kaduna State made a huge statement today by their massive show of support and love—they have rejected poverty, hunger, starvation and insecurity.

Speaking at the massively attended rally held at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium in Kaduna on Wednesday where all the top PDP chieftains had converged the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) National Chairman, Uche Secondus asked Nigerians not to vote President Muhammadu Buhari or any candidate of the All Progressive Congress, ( APC) lest Nigeria and Nigerians suffer another four years of hunger in the election to hold on February 16 .
He added further, “you all saw the interview Buhari had on NTA last week, it shows you that the man is sick , the man is weak, the man can’t provide food, security or peace for you .”
“He will only hand over power to cabals who will then run down the country the more ” .
The PDP National Chairman accused the Independent National Electoral Commission ,(INEC ) of colluding with the Presidency to use Internally Displaced Persons in the Northeast to rig the upcoming election in favour of the APC .
Secondus, however asked the voters not to succumb to intimidation of the APC .” Go and make sure you guard your votes'”, he went on to say.
Before taking his seat, Secondus further charged an already ecstatic crowd to vote for Atiku for food security, prosperity and peace .
Speaking earlier , the Director General of the PDP Presidential Campaign team and the Senate President , Dr. Bukola Saraki told the crowd that four years of APC lies have been exposed .
“They said that Atiku can not got to the United States Of America , but today he was there, they also claimed that they would end insecurity, but today there is insurgency in the North East and disharmony in other parts of the federation “.
Speaking both in Hausa and English languages the kwara lawmaker shouted ‘Yunwa” to which the crowd replied APC “YUNWA”!
He then asked the people to vote PDP candidates from the top to the bottom by voting Ashiru for Governor ,voting the candidates of PDP for the senatorial and House of Representatives seats respectively.
Also speaking , the PDP Presidential Candidate Atiku Abubakar while speaking in Hausa alleged the APC lied to Nigerians in three places which include: security, social infrastructure and unemployment.
He added they also lied about the change mantra adding that Buhari must go , APC must go in order to get Nigeria working again .
Also earlier, Hon. Isa Ashiru, the gubernatorial candidate of the PDP in Kaduna State, said that “some people are moving around saying they have won the election already which is not possible as we are going to give 80% of the votes in Kaduna to the PDP and all its candidates “.
However, many express surprise that the State governor Ahmad El Rufai of the All Progressive Congress, APC allowed the use of the Stadium for the rally.
