A Public Affairs Analyst and University don, Dr. Sam Fasanmi at Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye, Ogun State, has hinted that Nigerians were not yet ready to make the change they desire.
He made the assertion on Saturday while speaking about the political firmament of Lagos State on Channels TV.
Dr. Fasanmi who hails from Ilogbo-Ekiti, Ekiti State said despite the debt profile of Lagos State and high level of poverty in the state that the ruling party would still coast home to victory if an election were to be conducted today because no one was ready for change.
In comparing Lagos with other states in the country, he said , “the state was lucky to have been governed by the likes of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, Babatunde Fashola and Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode.
