Sule Emerges Plateau House Of Assembly Speaker With Fom, As Deputy Speaker

Hon Moses Sule representing Mikang Constituency has been elected and sworn-in as the new Speaker of the 10th Plateau state House of Assembly alongside Hon Gwottson Fom from Jos South constituency, who becomes the deputy speaker.
The two, following their nomination by Cornelius Doeyok of Qua’an Pan Constituency for the Speaker, while Joe Bukar of Shendam Constituency were unopposed as there were no further nominations.
In his inaugural speech, the new Speaker
urged members to synergize with the executive arms of government and the judiciary for a rancor free Assembly.
He called on the 10th Assembly members to work as a team in tackling the issue of perennial insecurity in the state.
