Point of Sale (POS) terminals are the effects of a failed national mindset. A nation where citizens accept anything, as long as it’s convenient.
Almost anything can happen in this nation, and be defended.
Public water taps don’t work?
We welcome cheap packaged (pure) water
No mass transit?
Grimly accept State funded Keke (Indian Bajaj tricycles.
ASUU Strike?
We want a basic travel allowance (PTA) to study aboard.
Feeling Insecure?
Let’s accept unvetted men with shotguns to patrol our neighborhoods for a fee, thus creating employment for those that roam about aimlessly.

In Nigeria, we lack the mental toughness to demand that the nation functions as we see in working countries abroad.
How can you achieve greatness when you argue against your own personal good ?
Are you not good enough to have functional Automated Teller Machines (ATMs)? Or do you rather prefer umbrellas?

That is what we call the anyhowness of living in Nigeria. One reason we have a lot of our youthful population leaving the country in droves.
