The term, “no collection of shishi” in the life of a people first gained traction, Edo State comes to mind.
There was a time that they rejected cash loaded PDP and went for Adams Oshiomole.
That was before intoxications became a way of life.

Nigerians even first knew that Edo State was Obi-dient from no less a personality than Governor Godwin Obaseki. He said that on live TV about the new culture in Edo State. Majority of his own staff members said they were Obidient.
Then suddenly, Obi’s Labour Party seems to have done wrong and all the perfect reasons were offered why they could not be permitted to use the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium for a political rally.
That was no problem to the people of the state who are in control of their PVCs. Edo knows how to act, like they did for Oshiomole and they also did for Obaseki in 2020.
