Imagine how @atiku felt when the crowd started to sing the Obi song at their maiden rally in Uyo?

Worst still 5 of their Governors and many party leaders boycotted the rally.
The PDP is clearly cursed. Atiku Ibn Dubai should simply give up now and go back to Abu Dhabi. pic.twitter.com/09lvRnuMIT
That an end to the era of transactional politics has come has been further signified by the people of Akwa Ibom State suffering from the ravages of flood which has ravaged the entire South of Nigeria during the maiden political rally embarked upon by Alhaji Atiku Abubakar in Uyo.
His chosen Vice presidential running mate, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa had abandoned his state, Delta where the people have had their homes and farmlands overrun by a ravaging flood for a political rally in Uyo, Akwa Ibom state.
There were no relief foodstuffs or Internally Displaced People’s camp made ready for the people, yet he was consumed by the burning ambition to quickly become a vice president under Atiku Abubakar if they win.
Akwa Ibom people had a verdict for him and his principal when they burst forth singing Obi’s songs of victory, signifying where their votes would lay, come February 23 when ballots would be cast to choose Nigeria’s next president.
There is palpable anger even in Owa Oyibu near Agbor, his home village because people are angry that he who had chaired a meeting of Southern Governors Forum from APC, APGA and PDP in Asaba, Delta State then declared that after Buhari’s 8 years at the presidency, the seat should move to the South.
Atiku muscled his way to win the presidential ticket of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in very unclear circumstances. A sign that some hidden transactions took place came into the open when five governors insisted that the party chairman monkeyed with the rules which insisted that the position should go to the south and therefore demanded Dr Iyorchia Ayu resigns from his position as party chairman.
The embattled chairman has so far resisted the demand. The five governors therefore refused to attend Atiku’s rally in Uyo.
Worse still, part of Atiku’s grand arrogance was in choosing Ifeanyi Okowa as his running mate.
Otunuya Ejeh from Kwale calls it a “capture”.
” Why would our chairman agree to run as deputy to yet another Fulani man from the north against the meeting of southern governors in accordance with what the PDP constitution says?” He further posed on the line to The Oasis Reporters.
Youths in Owa Oyibu rallied to meet other youths in Agbor in a grand rally for Peter Obi, just as it was happening in Oleh, Kwale, Obiaruku, Bomadi, Ughelli Warri, Ughelli and Sapele.
Labour Party Rally by the Obi-dients
“The votes that Okowa would be getting from Delta state would not reach up to one quarter of a basket “, Otunuya further told us from Kwale.
It is now apparent that dollar currency purchase of delegates would no longer work in a new Nigeria, thus displacing the arrogance of moneybag politicians that hitherto reigned especially within a one person, one vote scenario.
