In every economy, banks being repositories of the deposits of customers position themselves to attract more deposits from customers and with industries waiting for the financial lubrication, they channel the funds to industrial concerns which power economic growth, stem migration that arise out of the despondency and lack of jobs that often occur in Africa.

Bank funds have to go to well run industries that have the wherewithal to succeed with the right people who have the right attitude and capacity to go for success.

Proposals after proposals often go to such personalities.

When you see a man who traverses several sectors of the economy from foods to cement, then oil refining and automobiles, training people and working seamlessly with them, such a personality is often well sought after.
