Ekiti 2018: ‘Continuity Agenda Is Non-Negotiable’, Says Ayodeji Alabi

Ekiti Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Hon. Ayodeji Alabi has made it known that the continuity agenda in Ekiti is non-negotiable .

He made the remarks on Wednesday during a special tour visit to Ward 5, Ise/Orun Local Government.

He said a vote for Prof. Kolapo Olusola Eleka was a vote to secure the future of this generation and generations to come.

He urged the people to take their destiny into their hands and not be afraid or intimidated by the APC.

Alabi said it will be like a case of Goliath and David that the battle was for thy Lord and God will take up the battle and His name alone shall be glorified.

The commissioner encouraged the electorate to ensure that they collect their voter’s card, promising to make provision for vehicles to convey them to INEC office to ease the collection of the PVC.

He also acknowledged adroit efforts of the council boss, Hon. Ropo Kolawole for his steadfastness, urging the people to always give him and the lawmakers in the council necessary support to make the continuity agenda a reality.

Hon. Alabi appreciated the people for coming out in large numbers despite the short notice for this special village to village visit which will continue till election period.

The sum of #20, 000 cash was donated to the ward by Hon. Alabi for their transportation while the local chairman and a Commissioner in Ekiti Local Government Service Commission, Hon. Dare Omotosho ( Groda) supported the ward with #15,000.

Speaking on behalf of the ward, the secretary, appreciated the visit of the leaders and promised that Ward 5 where Hon. Alabi hails from was already sold out for Prof. Kolapo Olusola Eleka and the Continuity Agenda.
