The People’s Democratic Party, PDP, and its presidential candidate in the March 2019 presidential election, Atiku Abubakar has prayed the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal to order the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC to grant them access to inspect the Commission’s server.

This was in continuation of the hearing of their petition challenging the return of President Muhammadu Buhari as duly elected by INEC. The opposition party is contesting the substance of that fact.

Further hearing was therefore adjourned to the 24th of June, 2019.
