Major Breakthrough Recorded By The NDLEA In War Against Narcotics In Jos

Plateau State Chapter of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA says it has made another catch of a consignment of illicit drugs in Jos.
The state Commander of the NDLEA, Ibrahim Braji said the command intercepted a vehicle in Jos with tonnes of Cannabis Sativa (Indian hemp) covered with pineapple fruits.
Braji told our correspondent in a telephone conversation that the cannabis seizure covered with pineapples was made 7 days ago.
In the same manner, the NDLEA Plateau State Command has penultimate week seized 1.651 kg of Indian hemp, the PR department confirms.

The command says it is not resting on its oars in seeing that the fight against illicit drugs, in reduction and consumption among the youths is sustained.
The NDLEA boss has further appealed to the public to provide useful and credible Information that could lead to the arrest of dealers of these substances, saying it is alarming, the high level at which the youth are involved drug addiction these days.
