The Edo State Governor, Mr. Godwin Obaseki, has congratulated Benin-born legendary musician and former Commissioner for Arts and Culture, Sir Victor Uwaifo, as he marks his 80th birthday.
The maestro was one of the true enigmas of the Nigerian music scene, spanning across several decades.
