Professor Charles Soludo, Governor of Anambra State.

At the inauguration ceremony of Anambra State’s new governor, Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo, dignitaries and all present were shocked to see former governor Willie Obiano’s wife (Ebele Obiano) get up and catwalks towards former ambassador, Bianca Ojukwu. And there was a slap and a fight which was quickly separated.

Bianca Ojukwu herself is daughter of one time governor of Anambra State, late Chief CC Onoh and in her own right was a crowned beauty queen.

Bianca was to later marry an ex military governor, in fact, the first military governor of the entire Eastern region, late Col. Odumegwu Emeka Ojukwu.

In her widowhood, former Nigerian president, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan made her Nigeria’s ambassador to Spain.

Watch the video of Reno Omokri expressing his dismay, shock and disappointment at the show of shame by what he says is the wife of the now former governor. Though, he had no footage to show, his talk would be taken under advisement.

The slapping event as a way of ending the 8years, two tenure regime was to say the least, disappointing.

It was an unrestrained and shameful act.

In the past, wives of one or two governors in the South East have been known to oppose their husbands, sometimes dragging them on social media when they crave issues beyond the klieg lights of gubernatorial lives.

Many Nigerians are already calling for the prosecution of Willie Obiano’s wife. While many are not quite sure of who slapped the other first.

Was it the former beauty queen, Bianca Ojukwu that rendered the first slap ?
Or was it the equally beautiful and radiant Ebele, wife of Obiano ?

Precise footages of digital images that captured the scene would emerge after forensic analysis.

In another development, praises are going out to ex governor Willie Obiano for witnessing the inauguration of his successor with dignified calm. Many governors in the past fled abroad before the handover date when their immunity ended, fearful of Nigeria’s anti graft agency, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.
