The Necessity of Continuing Dankwambo’s Remarkable Political Journey (V)

Governor Ibrahim Hassan Dankwambo’s remarkable political journey is a political journey of pacifist’s tranquility with a clear demonstration in words and deeds that politics should be an equal opportunity to contending ideas for national good and not a setting for vendetta, mischief making or malice.
Dankwambo once told us that, what he is and what he will become are the designs of God and not by his power or might, that clearly shows that Dankwambo is a man who walks his talk. The fact that he has been serving the good people of Gombe State as governor alongside most government officials appointed by the previous administration of Sen. Danjuma Goje, is enough validation of his philosophy.
He does not make opposition members in Gombe State his enemies. In consonance with that line of reasoning, he shows that the purpose of politics is to enable members of a society to collectively achieve important human goals they cannot otherwise achieve individually.
It could be clearly seen that Dankwambo’s political philosophy procures safety, order and general welfare within the state, thereby dispensing fairness, equity and justice to all and sundry.
Ibrahim Hassan Dankwambo (PhD) has been serving Gombe State as a governor for all, both the rich and the poor, favoured or deprived. As such, Gombe state need more of this remarkable political journey for the people to continue enjoying the politics of equal opportunity and political ideal of pacifism and tolerance.
