Bayelsa Guber: Senator Diri Clinches PDP Ticket, Beats 17 Other Aspirants With 561 Votes At Primaries

When the 2019 gubernatorial election holds on 16th of November 2019 according to Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC’s schedule in Bayelsa State, flying the flag of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP would be the Bayelsa Central Senator, Douye Diri who defeated 17 other aspirants with a total of 561 votes to emerge candidate.
The senator was announced the winner of the election organized by the Darius Ishaku-led committee early Wednesday morning.
